  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Psychodynamic approaches

Julie works collaboratively with parents, families, schools and other health professionals where appropriate, recognising that a child’s emotional and behavioural wellbeing is influenced by their developmental stage, family relationships, learning environment and broader circumstances.

She has worked across a variety of clinical settings, including private psychology practice, hospitals, educational settings, Employee Assistance Programs and not-for-profit organisations. This broad experience allows her to consider the different factors that may affect a child or young person’s psychological wellbeing and development.
